A Quick Post

Good morning everyone! We are now in San Francisco, and it is beautiful here. We are all going through temperature shock, since we have been in the high nineties most of the week and now it will only be 65 for a high today!

We drove in over the Bay Bridge (the one that collapsed during the earthquake in 1989). That was very scenic. We eventually wound our way down to Fisherman's Wharf.
We had a quick bite to eat at the Hard Rock Cafe, then went to get tickets for a evening bay cruise. BRRRR!!! It was very interesting. Then it was dinner, a quick side tour to Ghiardelli Square for chocolate, and back to the hotel. Today will find us doing more sightseeing (and I'm sure a little shopping!) More to come, friends.....

How does one drive over a bridge that has collapsed? Is that wise?

Hey glad you made it to San Francisco. Enjoy the nice weather before you get here to this hot, humid, thunderstorm stuff we have here. I liked the picture of you and Johnny with the boat! But one thing seemed a little out of place....what's with the New York jacket when you're in San Fran????
